I ordered masks and a few other items on June 26th. On the 27th my order was updated to processing and today I am receiving an email stating that some of the items I ordered and already paid for are out of stock. When I placed my order they were available and able to order and now I’m being asked to replace my original items with others because you failed to do your inventory correctly.

I recently submitted an order so that when my nail shop reopens I will have my own products for my nail tech to use. Ordering was easy and everything arrived within a week. The one color dipping powder I ordered wasn’t available (It’s from a few years ago) but Van was in contact throughout the fulfillment process and I was able to choose different colors as a substitute.

I would definitely recommend ordering from Happy Nails Supply.
