Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout based on the total package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Shipping Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (EST) are typically shipped the same business day or the following business day.

Delivery carriers typically deliver between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Estimated transit time is usually 1–5 business days, depending on destination and shipping service selected.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, Happy Nail Supply cannot guarantee delivery dates and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping to a Different Address

We gladly ship orders to addresses different from the billing address associated with your payment method.

To help avoid delays or verification issues, we recommend contacting your credit card provider in advance to add the alternate shipping address to your account before placing your order.

Rejected, Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused, rejected, or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be returned to us by the carrier.

If you would like the package reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied to refused or undeliverable orders.
  • The restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund amount.

Packaging Notice

To help reduce waste and support environmentally friendly practices, we may occasionally use clean, high-quality recycled boxes and packaging materials for shipping orders.

International Shipping

At this time, Happy Nail Supply only ships within the United States.
