Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Happy Nail Supply. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to the policy below.

Returns with Original Receipt

Returns must include the original invoice, packing slip, or order confirmation ("Original Receipt").

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a full refund if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • Includes all accessories, components, manuals, and documentation

Opened or Damaged Items

  • Opened, used, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Unopened Returns After 15 Days

Unopened items may still be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for:

  • Store exchange, or
  • Refund minus a 15% restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items
  • Nail lacquers
  • Gel polishes
  • Liquids
  • Monomers
  • Powders
  • Special order or custom items
  • Manufacturer Direct items
  • Any item marked as non-returnable

Manufacturer Direct or custom items may only be returned if damaged upon arrival.

Product Appearance & Errors

  • Product images and colors may vary slightly from actual items.
  • Happy Nail Supply is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
  • Please contact customer service if you need clarification before purchasing.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly shipped by Happy Nail Supply.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx with insurance and delivery confirmation.

Free Promotional Items

Any free promotional item included with your purchase must also be returned in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty and may not qualify for return or exchange through Happy Nail Supply.

Customer acknowledges that Happy Nail Supply is not the manufacturer of the products sold and provides no warranties other than those offered by the manufacturer.

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

Customers must contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning any item.

  • Returns without an RMA# may be refused.
  • Please clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:

  • The original item must meet all return eligibility requirements above.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged items.

You do not need to wait for us to receive your returned item before placing a new order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the return arrives at our facility.

If an exchange or return is denied and the customer wishes to have the item shipped back, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

All Returns Are Inspected

All returned items are thoroughly inspected before refunds, replacements, or exchanges are approved.

Failure to follow return guidelines may result in delays or denial of the return request.

Return processing may take up to 10 business days after delivery to our returns department.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card payments: refunded to the original credit card
  • PayPal payments: refunded to the original PayPal account

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.
  • Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If a shipped order is canceled, the customer must refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • If delivery is accepted, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Policy Updates

Happy Nail Supply reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
