Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at Happy Nail Supply. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Returns with an original invoice, packing slip, or order confirmation ("Original Receipt"):
- Items may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 15 days of purchase.
- Items returned that are opened or damaged by customer will not receive a refund or exchange.
- You may return unopened items for any reason within 30 days of the initial order for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee or exchange.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors.
- Many items shown may vary slightly in appearance. Please contact customer service if you need further clarification on a particular product.
- Items on CLEARANCE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items such as nail lacquers, gel polishes, liquids, monomers, powders, can't be returned or exchanged.
- Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all returns unless the shipment are misshipped by Happy Nail Supply. Returned shipment should be properly packed and shipped.
- All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive a refund or exchange.
- Some items are subject to Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer understands that Happy Nail Supply is not the manufacturer of the items purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Happy Nail Supply.
- Customer must contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any items; items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- If you received an item and need to exchange it for a different item, you need to follow the guidelines above. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Happy Nail Supply. We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a "traceable carrier" such as UPS or FedEx that can provide you with "proof of delivery". Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the initial order; product(s) must be unopened, and undamaged. If the above conditions are not met, item(s) sent for return consideration will be immediately denied. If customer would like the original product(s) returned to them after denial, postage and handling charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note you do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order, also note that it could take 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our return center.
All Returns are Inspected
- All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our policies and criteria, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for refund, replacement, or exchange. Please be sure to follow the guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Returns processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received.
Refund Method for Returns:
- If you paid with a Credit Card, your refund will go to the same card.
- If you paid by PayPal, your refund will go to your PayPal.
- Customers may cancel order(s) any time before the shipping are made.
- Cancellation requests after we have shipped and before customer has received products will be charged all shipping and handling costs. Customer in this case must refuse delivery of shipment; otherwise, customers must be responsible for all return.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of these policies at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on happynailsupply.com.
